Playing fair

Racket Club Live is a competitive game, so everyone needs to play fairly. You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, or exploit bugs to win or earn points, XP or rewards;
• deliberately lose or arrange results (for example to boost someone's rating or tour points);
• use offensive, hateful or misleading names (including pretending to be staff), or harass other players;
• in chat: swear, insult, bully or post hateful or sexual content, spam, share links, or share personal details (yours or anyone else's);
• attack, overload or try to break into the service, or collect other players' data;
• share or sell accounts, or create accounts to get around a suspension.

We may rename players, remove points or scores, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll say why. If you think we've made a mistake, contact us.

Clubhouse chat

Typed chat is for signed-in players aged 16 and over whose account is at least a day old and level 3 or higher. Every message is checked by a filter before anyone sees it, and messages are kept for 30 days so moderators can check reports. Blocked messages, spamming and reports add up to automatic mutes; messages that several players report are hidden straight away. You can mute any player for yourself, report a message, or turn chat off in Settings.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 13 or over to play. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Guest progress is linked to your browser and can be lost if you clear it; sign in to keep it.

Rankings, tournaments and rewards

Ratings, tour points, levels, titles, cards and other in-game items have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. We may change how they work, reset seasons, or adjust results affected by bugs or cheating.

Supporter pack

The supporter pack is an optional, one-off purchase of cosmetic items that don't affect gameplay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because the items are unlocked straight away, you agree that the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once they're delivered. This doesn't affect your statutory rights: if something doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.

The service

We work hard to keep Racket Club Live running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we may change, pause or end features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
